Downpayment/Cancellation

Half our your rental rate is required as a downpayment to hold your reservation until you arrive. Payable by personal check, cashier's check, or money order. The balance is due upon check-in by cash or money order only, along with damage/cleaning and pet deposits.

Your downpayment is non-refundable if you choose to cancel, unless we can re-rent the week you secured. If we can re-rent, you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee with the remainder of your downpayment returned.

Please remember that we hold this week just for you and turn everyone else away who may be interested in renting that week

Pets

Approved pets are welcome! We offer a quiet environment, so no barking dogs, please. The charge is $15 per pet per day with a $100 refundable pet deposit per pet. Pets are to be on a leash at all times and are not allowed upstairs at any time. You may want to bring a gate if you have one, and please supply a dog bed that your dog can sleep on. Pets are not to be left alone for any reason and waste must be removed immediately. The sand bar is shallow enough for most dogs to enjoy a swim.

Guidelines (so everyone has fun)

• Remember there are no phones, so you may want to bring your cell phone.
• Life jackets are a must! Anyone under 18 must wear a life jacket when they are boating. You may want children to also wear life jackets while swimming.
• Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a parent.
• We live in a quiet neighborhood and respect everyone's privacy. It is important to respect the property lines including the access to the swimming area.
• No smoking is allowed inside the chalet or cottages, in the shared boardwalk area, or in the swimming access area. Smoking is allowed outside, but must be extinguished and properly disposed of.
• If you experience any concerns that you feel need to be voiced, please call us first! We will be happy to help in anything we can to make your vacation the best ever!

If you'd like to book with us, simply fill out the below confirmation form and send it electronically, and I'll pencil you in to hold your request.
