Overview Information

• Remodeling in 2008 with updated kitchen and living room
• Sleeps up to 11; Queen size bed & 2 twin beds upstairs in master suite; Full size bed and twin bed in downstairs bedroom
• Private 6 - person Hot Tub
• Window air conditioners upstairs and downstairs
• Master Suite with sliding glass doors to private deck overlooking lake, large sitting area with futon, TV/DVD, cable
• Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave
• Living room with TV/DVD, cable, and Queen size sofa sleeper
• Large Bathroom with shower
• Covered open porch with Hot Tub, gas grill and picnic tables

Check-In

Check-in is at 5:30 PM. We will meet you at a pre-arranged time to introduce you to your vacation home. You will need the balance of your rental and a $100 cleaning/damage deposit (and a $100 per dog deposit if applicable), all in cash or money order made out to Koontz Lake Rentals. A rental agreement will need to be signed, which makes you responsible for any damages and states you will not hold us responsible for any accidents.

Check-Out

Check-out is at noon. We will return your deposit by mail after a satisfactory inspection.
