Overview Information

• Remodeling in 2002 with all new upstairs master suite
• Sleeps up to 9; Queen size bed & twin bed upstairs in master suite; 2 downstairs bedrooms with full & two twin beds
• Private Hot Tub, 4 person
• Window air conditioners upstairs and downstairs
• Master Suite with sliding glass doors to private deck overlooking lake, large sitting area with futon, TV/VCR, cable
• Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, etc., stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave
• A small walk-through living room with TV/VCR, cable
• Bath with shower
• Covered open porch houses: Hot Tub, gas grill and picnic tables

Check-In

Check-in is at 5:30 PM. We will meet you at a pre-arranged time to introduce you to your vacation home. You will need the balance of your rental and a $100 cleaning/damage deposit (and a $100 per pet deposit if applicable), all in cash or money order made out to Roger or Tammy Osborn. A rental agreement will need to be signed which makes you responsible for any damages and states you will not hold us responsible for any accidents.

Check-Out

Check-out is at noon. We will meet you after your vacation and return your deposit money after a satisfactory inspection.
