• Private deck off master suite
• 2nd bedroom upstairs has 2 full size beds and a twin,
• Half Bath also upstairs
• Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, etc., stove, refrigerator, dishwasher , coffee maker, toaster and microwave
• Sitting area with small gas fireplace
• Full Bath with shower downstairs
• Very large covered open porch houses: Hot Tub, Gas Grill, Outdoor sink, Plenty of tables and chairs.

Check-In

Check-in is at 5:30 PM. We will meet you at a pre-arranged time to introduce you to your vacation home. You will need the balance of your rental and a $100 cleaning/damage deposit (and a $100 per pet deposit if applicable), all in cash or money order made out to Roger or Tammy Osborn. A rental agreement will need to be signed which makes you responsible for any damages and states you will not hold us responsible for any accidents.

Check-Out

Check-out is at noon. We will meet you after your vacation and return your deposit money after a satisfactory inspection.
